WinAtSchool was an online Mathematics and Statistics competition for secondary school children in England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.  The project was supported by Plymouth University and sponsored by Winton Capital Management. WinAtSchool consisted of a practice quiz combined with a selection of maths and stats resources, this lead to the Quiz Competition where all competing schools vied to get to a live final and win cash prizes. The international CensusAtSchool project collects and disseminates real data for use by teachers and pupils in data-handling, ICT and across the curriculum for learning and teaching. The project includes ExperimentsAtSchool and SportAtSchool.

Problem Solving Approach
A set of eight exemplar classroom teaching and learning resources that used a statistical problem solving approach and an online assessment to assess understanding of the problem solving cycle.

A project that helps teachers and pupils get more from statistics. For pupils, it has datasets to download and include in projects, for teachers, it has lesson plans and worksheets, which you are free to download and use in class. Stats4schools was managed by the Office for National Statistics (ONS), and included data from across government, the site is no longer an active project but you are welcome to use the resources.

Statistics in Your World
A Schools Council project, this material links together the statistics used and taught in different disciplines – geography, science, social science, the humanities, and mathematics.

World Statistics Quiz
Launched as part of the International Year of Statistics the quiz contains a variety of questions, many based around the CensusAtSchool project. We aim to add to the quiz over time, why not test yourself or your class.
